Under the Dutch Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Fit Capital for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made via email within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will be liable for the returning the order. If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team via our support hub. You will be asked to send photos of the fault and if deemed faulty, we may ask you to return the item as we may need to pass it to our quality control team. All postage paid to return faulty items will be reimbursed.
We are currently not seeking for new athletes/ambassadors.
At this point in time, we cannot predict when or if products will be restocked. As a new and upcoming company we will try to restock the most desired products as soon as possible but we will also seek to improve and innovate new products for you on a consistent basis. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact our support team for any assistance you may require.
If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team by submitting a request & a member of the team will happily assist. Due to the expedited nature of the picking and packing process, we cannot always guarantee that order(s) can be cancelled or amended. We suggest getting in touch immediately for any requested changes. Please note, if we cannot adhere to your request, you will be responsible for any return costs of the item(s). Necessary refunds will be processed once items are back on our premises and will be confirmed via email.
If in the rare circumstance, a member of the Fit Capital team has dispatched the incorrect item to you, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a photo of what you have received and we'll rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. All postage costs you pay to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed.
If you have accidentally chosen the incorrect item or size in your order, please contact us immediately by submitting a request. Select the "Incorrect item selected in my order" subject and please include what you need to change regarding your order. We would advise doing this as quickly as possible due to the expedited nature of the picking & packing process. Should you wish to change an item but you are too late, you will be liable for the return cost should you wish to exchange it.
If the product you're after is out of stock, submitting a request and a member of the Customer Experience team will inform you on when & whether we're expecting the item back in stock. We appreciate how frustrating it is that the particular item you are after is currently unavailable. The reason we continue to advertise these is simply because we would like you to get a scope for our full product range.
